> UbuntAI is a South African AI consultancy that designs, deploys and operates autonomous AI agents ("AI teammates") for businesses: customer-operations agents on WhatsApp, email and web chat; voice agents for inbound and outbound calls; computer-use agents that operate legacy software with no API; an MCP-based integration layer for CRM, accounting and ERP; document and back-office automation; and multi-agent operations and reporting. - Integration layer (MCP): one Model Context Protocol connection to CRM, accounting, ERP, calendars and WhatsApp that every agent shares, so models can be swapped without rebuilding.

## How engagements run
1. Consultation (free, up to 2 weeks): process mapping, scoped plan, fixed quote.
2. Pilot (2-4 weeks): one workflow on real traffic with an agreed metric and human review until evals pass.
3. Roll-out (4-12 weeks): integrations, channels, more workflows; team trained to supervise and override.
4. Operate (monthly fee per agent): hosting, monitoring, re-testing and model upgrades.
